Daily routine
Daily instruction includes songs, fingerplays, colors, shapes, names, objects, signs, letters and numbers. A 30-minute music class is available on Monday mornings at an additional cost. Children are provided with outdoor play time daily (weather permitting), and have access to an indoor gym with riding toys and play equipment. You may send your child with breakfast from home up until 8:00 a.m. Children are provided with lunch around 11:00 a.m. We will provide alternate meals for children with allergies or dietary restrictions. Children are provided with a morning snack at 8:30 and afternoon snacks at 2 & 4pm. Nap is from 12:00 until 2:00. Each child is assigned their own mat covered with a cotton sheet; both are washed weekly. We recommend purchasing a Closetmaid fabric drawer to keep your child’s belongings contained and secure.

Staying in touch
Each child has a cubby space to hold their personal items. Each child must have a complete change of seasonal clothes to be kept at school. Parents must provide diapers, wipes, diaper cream, a sippy cup, and nap blanket to be kept at school. Staff members will provide you with a daily information sheet informing you about your child’s behavior, feeding and sleeping habits. We will administer over-the-counter and prescription medications with signed parent permission. Please be aware that biting is a common behavior for this age group. Please refer to our biting policy in the parent handbook for more information.
